By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. If we have a signed statement of work, master services agreement, or other contract with you, that document controls for the project it describes.

Damn Technologies builds custom software and related services — including web and mobile products, Firebase-backed systems, AI-assisted workflows, and engineering support. We operate from Damn Technologies, XRMG+853, Soukya Rd, Kacharakanahalli, Kanekallu, Karnataka 560117.

The site is here to show our work, share articles, and let you reach us. We try to keep it accurate. Project write-ups, timelines, and examples describe work we have done or how we typically work. They are not a promise that your project will look the same or ship on a particular date.

We may change, pause, or take down pages at any time. We are not responsible for third-party sites we link to.

Sending a message through the contact form or email is a request to talk, not a hire. We may decline work, refer you elsewhere, or ask for more detail before we propose anything. Do not send passwords, production secrets, or regulated personal data in that first note.

Scope, fees, timeline, acceptance, and intellectual property for paid work are set in the proposal or contract we both sign. Until that exists:

• Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance
• Estimates we discuss are informal and may change after we see the real constraints
• We do not start build work on a handshake alone

Unless a contract says otherwise, we retain the methods, tools, and generic know-how we already use. You receive the deliverables described in that contract.

You agree not to:

• Break or overload the site, or try to access the admin area without permission
• Scrape, copy, or republish our content as your own
• Use the site to send spam or malware
• Misrepresent who you are when you contact us

The Damn Technologies name, mark, articles, and case study copy on this site belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. Client names and logos appear with permission to show work we shipped. That is not an endorsement of every visitor, and it does not give you rights in those marks.

The site is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. Advice in articles is general and not a substitute for an engagement.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Damn Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. For paid project work, the liability terms in the signed contract apply instead of this paragraph.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes about this website, except where applicable law says you may bring a claim in your local court.

We may update these terms when the site or our practice changes. The date at the top is the latest version. If you keep using the site after an update, the new terms apply.
