Damn Technologies is an IT services company. We design and ship custom software, web and mobile products, AI-assisted workflows, and related engineering work for clients.
We operate from Damn Technologies, XRMG+853, Soukya Rd, Kacharakanahalli, Kanekallu, Karnataka 560117.
What this policy covers
This policy applies to this website and the contact form, articles, project pages, and other public content on it. Paid project work is also covered by the agreement we sign with you. If those terms say something different about data, that agreement controls for that engagement.
Information we collect
We do not ask you to create an account to browse this site.
If you write to us through the contact form, we receive:
- Your name
- Your email address
- A subject line
- Your message
If you email, call, or meet us instead, we keep the details you choose to share so we can reply and, if it makes sense, talk about a project.
Our servers and hosting providers may also log standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. We use that to keep the site up and to debug problems, not to build advertising profiles.
How we use it
We use contact details to:
- Reply to inquiries and follow up on work you asked about
- Understand what you need so we can decide if we are the right team
- Keep a record of conversations that may become a project
- Protect the site and our systems against abuse
We do not sell personal information. We do not run advertising pixels or a marketing newsletter on this site.
Where it is stored
Messages submitted on this site are stored in Firebase (Google Cloud). Google processes that data as our infrastructure provider. Admin users sign in to a private dashboard; that session is kept in a cookie so we can confirm they are allowed in.
Project write-ups, article media, and logos that we publish are stored so we can show them on the site. Those materials are about the work, not a dossier on site visitors.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry messages while they are useful for the conversation or a related project, then delete or archive them when they are no longer needed. We may keep a message longer if we need it for a legal, security, or accounting reason.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to any duty we have to keep a record. Children
This site is for people exploring our services and writing. It is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
