Overview
DWDVSBL is an operations app we built for VelconTech. It exists to keep booth-level status visible — and usable — for three kinds of people at once: the people checking a booth, the agents on the ground, and the administrators watching the whole picture.
Without a shared system, that kind of coordination usually lives in phone calls and scattered updates. Someone asks whether a booth is ready, someone else has a different answer, and the admin team is piecing it together after the fact. DWDVSBL puts the status in one place and keeps it current.
Who uses it
The product is built around those three roles, not a single generic login.
Users can open the app and see what's going on at a booth without chasing anyone. Booth agents update the information from where they are, so the status isn't waiting on a later report. Administrators get oversight across the process — who changed what, and whether the picture still holds.
The point isn't a flashy dashboard. It's fewer gaps between the field and the people who need to act on it.
Keeping status in sync
Real-time booth updates are the core. If something changes on the ground, the people who need to know shouldn't be working off an old message. We treated communication and coordination as the same problem: if the status is wrong, the conversation around it is wasted.
Agents needed a way to manage booth information quickly. Admins needed control without standing over every update. Those two needs pulled the product in opposite directions, and a lot of the work was keeping both honest.
Platforms
We shipped it in Flutter for Android, iOS, and web, so an agent in the field and an admin at a desk are looking at the same system. Same data, same language, fewer "I didn't see that on my phone" moments.
